Speech recognition

Planfix allows you to transcribe voice messages and call recordings using Planfix AI quickly. Additional speech recognition settings can be found under Account management — Planfix AI — Speech recognition. You can transcribe audio files:

• Manually:
  • hover over the audio file,
  • click the three-dot menu that appears,
  • select Transcribe speech from the dropdown.

• Automatically:
  • voice messages
  • call recordings
  • call recording analysis
