Configuring incoming mail

Incoming mail settings can be found in the Account management / Email / Incoming mail settings section.

The following settings are available:

  • Accept incoming emails from employees and contacts existing in the account only
  • Create a new task when responding to a completed task
  • Show SPAM button
  • Do not send contacts notifications about actions added by other participants by email
  • Show all email recipients in the list of notified about the action in Planfix
  • Accept emails from mailbots mailer-daemon and postmaster
  • Use email header to determine that the email is a response to an existing task
  • Use subject and sender to determine that the email is a response to an existing task
  • Use only sender to determine that an email is a response to an existing task
  • Automatically recognize emails from ticket systems
