In some cases, it is necessary that certain members of the account interact with the outside world through one email address and one universal signature is added for them. For example, this approach is often used in the organization of the support service - the user works with an impersonated operator and is not attached to specific employees.
It can be set in Account management. This can be done only by account owner. Checkbox Send outgoing mail via corporative server is in the Corporative server tab:

After it is activated, the fields for entering the data of the mail server and the account become available.

Planfix can send email notifications from external email addresses. You can configure these emails at the user level (from an employee's external email address) or at the account level (from a company's external email address).

This feature is most commonly used to create the scenario where your clients, partners, and/or contractors get emails from company or personal email addresses, as they're used to, and you do all of your work in Planfix.
