AI agents are intelligent assistants that take over some of the routine work involved in tasks:
- They help to process requests faster.
- Automatically extract data from unstructured messages.
- Keep the task status up to date.
- Simplify automation without having to configure scripts.
AI agents

- Summarizer — analyzes all comments in a task and maintains a summary of current agreements in a custom field.
How to set up

- Activate the "AI agent" option.
- Specify the agent type — its specialization.
- Configure the fields it will work with.

- Add the agent to a task, and it will start working.
Important
- AI agents use AI credits.
