As of 2022, new Planfix accounts will no longer have the option of selecting the classic feed view. For existing accounts where this view is still available, it will remain functional in its current state. However, no new features, updates or bug fixes are being applied to it.
Classic action feed view
The Classic view of the task comment feed resembles a forum thread. Comments are displayed as configured by the user:
When adding an action, the coworkers and contacts notified are highlighted and marked with a checkmark in a green circle:
Information about the time a comment was added and who was notified is displayed right in the comment:
