1msg- is a tool for managing and automating WhatsApp for your business.Follow these simple steps to set up the integration between Planfix and 1msg. Before you start, sign up for for a 1msg account, add a new project, and activate the communication channel.
Setup process
- In Planfix Navigate to Account management → Integrations → Messengers → WhatsApp → 1msg.
- Then go to the 1msg website :
- Copy the userToken from your 1msg profile:
- Go back to Planfix, paste the copied userToken into the field "API user token" (1), and click on "Update" to get the list of added WhatsApp accounts from your 1msg dashboard.
- Click on the added account (2) and configure it by setting templates for creating new tasks and contacts and adding additional assignees if necessary:
- Don’t forget to save the integration settings by clicking the Save button.
From this point on, all new WhatsApp messages will appear in Planfix, with a separate task created for each chat.
