A Manager in Planfix has access to their employees' tasks. A supervisor can be assigned in two ways:

  • In the Company Structure, an employee can be set as a group supervisor and build a hierarchy of group structure. The supervisor will have access to the tasks of all employees of their group and all employees of subordinate groups. This is the primary way of assigning supervisors and is used in most cases.
  • In the employee’s card, you can set a personal supervisor. The personal supervisor will have access to the tasks of only this employee. This method is used, for example, in personal mentorship or project teams.
