360dialog is the official provider of WhatsApp Business API solutions. In order to connect Planfix and 360dialog to be able to receive and send WhatsApp messages, you'll need to follow a few steps in both services.
Setup
- Go to Account Management — Integrations — Messengers:
- Select WhatsApp:
- Enable the integration:
- Add a phone number and a name for this channel:
- Set up the number and add the API key from 360dialog:

- Generate an API key:
- Copy the key and add it to the API Key field in the integration settings:
