You can delete the configuration in Account management / Configuration:

'IMPORTANT:' Only the owner or administrator of the account can delete configurations.

Выберите из списка установленных конфигураций ту, которую хотите удалить.

Далее нажмите на кнопку "Удалить конфигурацию"

В дальнейшем, вы сможете повторно установить конфигурацию при необходимости.
