Virtual email addresses

In PlanFix you can create virtual addresses for receiving and processing mail in your account.

These addresses are not meant for sending and checking mail, their goal is to get emails and automatically create tasks.

Creating new virtual addresses is available to the account administrator.

Virtual emails are created at Account management / Work with e-mail / Virtual email addresses:

Using New address button:

The new address consists of any name and account address:

You can Edit existing and create new rules for processing mail, coming to this address clicking on the address:

Please, pay attention: creating virtual addresses is available for all paid or premium accounts.
