KRS Open API

Integration with KRS Open API (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy) allows you to retrieve official data on legal entities registered in Poland using their KRS number. Typically used for:

• Searching for and verifying Polish companies by KRS.
• Automatically filling in company cards.
• Reducing the amount of manual data entry.
• Using in business processes, for example, when registering a new counterparty.

What it does

• Retrieves the company’s registered name.
• Extracts the legal address.
• Identifies the organization type.
• Inserts the main registration data.

How to use

• Enter the KRS number in the contact card.
• Planfix will send a request to the KRS Open API.
• Then it will automatically insert the received data into the specified fields.

Integration setup

• Go to Account Management — Integrations — Autofill services.
• Enable integration with KRS Open API.
• Add the integration name.
• Enter the API key.
• Specify the fields in Planfix that contain the KRS or NIP values.
• Map the fields for autofill.
• Save the settings.
