You can use Planfix AI to create a rule for parsing emails automatically:
- Emails sent to virtual email addresses in Planfix are converted into tasks. Open such a task and select "Create processing rule":
- Planfix AI analyzes the email, breaks down all available information into info blocks, and creates a rule:
- Edit the rule so that it only contains the necessary elements:
- Note that the data from the info blocks can be used to automatically fill in task fields.
