Start using Planfix yourself

The most difficult part when starting out with Planfix is getting yourself used to working with the service. It's important to understand that there is a lot depending on this. If you require employees to set tasks and correspond using Planfix but you yourself give instructions over the phone or Skype, you may find yourself in a difficult situation. But if you begin using only Planfix to work through all your business tasks and issues, the difficulties can be resolved quickly.

"Plan B" can be used for people who cannot have their work transferred to Planfix (upper management, freelancers, etc.): Planfix lets you set tasks and communicate about them via email.
