Several additional employee options can only be enabled when editing a user card:

Additional user options

  • Can manage external contacts' Planfix access
  • Can manage subscriptions
  • Can add new employees, convert contacts into employees, and edit existing employees in their group
  • Can manage working time of employees in their groups
