It is possible to choose an assignee from the list. Rules with such actions are useful for parsing automatic notifications by email - you can specify which of the employees should be connected to the task, depending on the details of the message.
Examples:
- If Message subject includes text Order from online store, then Add assignee "Mary Redburn", aslo Add assignee "Fred Durst"
(two interchangeable managers dealing with the development of orders)
- If Sender's address includes text lavandos@example.com, then Add assignee "Jenna Freeman"
(this client is used to work with her)
