Incoming mail settings can be found in the Account management / Email / Incoming mail settings section.
The following settings are available:
- Accept incoming emails from employees and contacts existing in the account only
- Create a new task when responding to a completed task
- Show SPAM button
- Do not send contacts notifications about actions added by other participants by email
- Show all email recipients in the list of notified about the action in Planfix
- Accept emails from mailbots mailer-daemon and postmaster
- Use email header to determine that the email is a response to an existing task
- Use subject and sender to determine that the email is a response to an existing task
- Use only sender to determine that an email is a response to an existing task
- Automatically recognize emails from ticket systems
