To receive notifications in the Planfix mobile app, you must activate the Mobile app channel in the Subscriptions and notifications section of your employee card the web version.
Green icons in the notification list indicate that the channel is active. When a new event of the corresponding type occurs, you will receive a notification on your smartphone:
Useful
- You can separately enable notifications for specific events, such as new tasks or comments addressed to you. To do this, only activate the desired events by clicking on the icon in the corresponding list.
- A similar notification setting exists in the Mobile app settings. The functionality of the notifications does not depend on whether you have activated them in the web version of Planfix or the mobile app.
