Stacked chart
From Planfix
A stacked chart is a type of chart that is available in Planfix reports. The data is presented as columns divided into segments. Each segment represents a part of the column assigned to a specific category.
For example, you can use a stacked chart to show the number of accepted, completed, and overdue tasks per employee:
Set up
- In the "Report view" section, add the data columns that you want to include in the stacked chart.
- Go to "Charts and graphs" and add a new chart of the type "Stacked chart":
- In "Data to display", set the following values:
- Columns: “Accepted tasks,” “Overdue tasks,” “Completed tasks”
- Grouping: By the “Assignee” column
- Sorting: By the “Completed tasks” column in ascending order
- In the "Appearance" section, you configure how the chart will look:
- Chart height – defines the height of the chart in pixels
- Legend location – controls the placement of the axis label. Use Vertical for longer labels and Horizontal for shorter labels
- Colors – apply different colors to visually distinguish data groups
- Save the chart and run the report to view the results.
