Reports in Deals management configuration

Standard reports, included in Deals management configuration, show summary data on deals, and evaluate them, basing on a number of parameters, characterizing work of managers and company on the whole.


List of standart reports

Name Description
Funnel on active deals Shows quantity and sum of deals that are in work for the moment in the context of steps (statuses)
Successful deals in this month Shows quantity and sum of the deals, successfully completed during the current month, in the context of managers.
Volume of successful deals in the context of clients Shows successful deals for all the time of work: quantity, sum and average sum in the context of clients
Volume of successful deals in the context of managers Shows successful deals for all the time of work: quantity, sum and average sum in the context of managers
Work of managers on deals during the current month Summary of the current work of managers, in the context of performed activities (meetings, calls, etc.) Alongside with the current month (default) you can select another period before running the report
Efficiency of the manager Shows summary statistics for finished deals of the manager, and counts parameters of manager’s efficiency, basing on this information


Additional reports

Besides standard reports you can create your own, including copying and customizing standard reports.
