Parent tasks

Planfix supports nested tasks. Any existing task can be made a parent task of another task. You can assign or change the parent task of an existing task in several ways:
- in task editing mode:
- in the "Details" tab of the task:
Please note
When manually assigning a parent task, the following rule applies: the parent task and the subtask must be in the same project. If the task in the project that is to be set as a parent task is in the inactive status, you need to switch to the "Active" task display mode as shown:
