A Manager in Planfix has access to their employees' tasks. A manager can be assigned in two ways:

  • In the Company Structure, an employee can be set as a group manager and build a hierarchy of group structure. The managers will have access to the tasks of all employees of their group and all employees of subordinate groups. This is the primary way of managers supervisors and is used in most cases.
  • In the employee’s card, you can set a personal manager. The personal manager will have access to the tasks of only this employee. This method is used, for example, in personal mentorship or project teams.
