How to recover an employee's username and password?

In employee cards, Planfix account administrators can view usernames and initiate the procedure for a password reset (to get to the card, select the employee from the list in the Company section):
The employee will receive an email from Planfix with a link they can follow to set a new username and password. They do not need to change their username at this time.
- Alternative option: administrators can send users their usernames and let them reset their password themselves on the Planfix login page.
