How can I recover an employee's username and password?
In employee cards, Planfix account administrators can view usernames and initiate the procedure for a password reset (to get to the card, select the employee from the list in the Company section):
The employee will receive an email from Planfix with a link they can follow to set a new username and password. They do not need to change their username at this time.
Administrators can send users their usernames and let them reset their password themselves on the Planfix login page.
