Google Drive file
Planfix allows you to add files from Google Drive to tasks.
This makes it possible to work easily and quickly on documents online, enabling you to edit them without downloading them.
With this method of adding documents to a task, you attach a link to a file stored in Google Drive. Choosing this item from the list of file sources opens a Google Drive login window.
- Note that the file itself will not be uploaded to Planfix, so you'll need to make sure the right people have access to it in Google Drive.
- If you don't see a window with a notification from Google, make sure your browser isn't blocking pop-ups.
- If the system returns an error when connecting, you will need to log out of all your Google accounts in your browser and try again using the desired account.
