Additional user options

Several additional employee options can only be enabled when editing a user card:

• Employee can manage external contact Planfix access
• Can manage subscriptions
• Employee can add new employees, convert contacts into employees, and edit existing employees in their group
• Employee can manage a working time of employees in their groups
