Tracking Your Work Hours Is Now Easier<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ve revamped the timer<\/a>: Now, everything looks neat and visually appealing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And yes, don\u2019t worry \u2014 the new timer works perfectly with the “Date with time frame” field, which considers time zones. So you always have your hours perfectly under control.<\/p>\n\n\n

A New Integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Planfix and Microsoft Outlook Calendars Now Work Together. No more tab-hopping to check what’s up next on your meeting schedule!<\/p>\n\n\n

Two New Whiteboard Features<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Firstly, you can now wrap the text on a new line by simply hitting Shift + Enter, which helps you organize your thoughts and makes the text easier to read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secondly, you can now position the text exactly how you want it. This allows you to arrange blocks of text in different ways and create more precise, visual layouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, you can now easily create blocks with already established links in the Whiteboard<\/a>. Just click on the connection point to do so!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gantt Chart in Subtasks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can now switch directly to the Gantt chart<\/a> view in your subtasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have also optimized your workflow: Subtasks now open in the same window, expanding to full width for a quicker and more convenient experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re Excited to Present Two Updates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. First, we’ve revised how you drag and drop tasks into the Planner<\/a>. Things are now more straightforward: if a task can be added to a list, it will light up green. If not, it turns red.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Secondly, we have given Reminders in the Chronicle a makeover by popular demand. Instead of a badge, you\u2019ll now see a bell icon<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
