However, you can set up custom notifications for a specific project. To set these, go to the notification settings on the right-hand panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The standard employee notification settings are used for a task by default. Custom notification settings for a project or task only apply to the user who set them up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-setting-up-reminders-at-the-object-or-template-level\">Setting Up Reminders at the Object or Template Level<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to set up notifications for upcoming task due dates, you can add such reminders when editing the Object or Task template form:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/planfix.com\/blog\/wp-content\/themes\/breek\/assets\/images\/transparent.gif\" data-lazy=\"true\" data-src=\"https:\/\/s.pfx.so\/pf\/b2\/wGXGIv.png\" alt=\"Activate Sending Notifications About Triggered Reminders to Telegram\" title=\"How to Activate Sending Notifications to Telegram | Planfix\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Then subscribe to the &#8220;Comment reminder&#8221; event in the notification settings and add Telegram as a notification channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can do this in the employee card or the notification settings for a specific project or task:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/planfix.com\/blog\/wp-content\/themes\/breek\/assets\/images\/transparent.gif\" data-lazy=\"true\" data-src=\"https:\/\/s.pfx.so\/pf\/cX\/ujKs6A.png\" alt=\"Notification in Telegram About a New Comment in a Task\" title=\"Notification in Telegram About a New Comment in a Task | Planfix\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-responding-to-notifications\">Responding to Notifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A notification received in Telegram looks like this:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/planfix.com\/blog\/wp-content\/themes\/breek\/assets\/images\/transparent.gif\" data-lazy=\"true\" data-src=\"https:\/\/s.pfx.so\/pf\/BW\/pMFWAE.png\" alt=\" A Message Sent to Planfix From Telegram\" title=\"A Message Sent to Planfix From Telegram | Planfix\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>A comment notification addressed to you includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The comment author&#8217;s name,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The comment text,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The task name,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The project name,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A link to the comment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow the link and reply to the comment from within Planfix,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reply directly through Telegram.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To reply through Telegram, tap on the notification and choose &#8220;Reply.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, the comment will be added to Planfix like this:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/planfix.com\/blog\/wp-content\/themes\/breek\/assets\/images\/transparent.gif\" data-lazy=\"true\" data-src=\"https:\/\/s.pfx.so\/pf\/yP\/pqJoQ4.png\" alt=\"Activate New Comment Notifications\" title=\"How to Activate Notifications of New Comments | Planfix\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Note that Planfix can identify which communication channel the comment was sent from. The employee&#8217;s avatar will have a Telegram icon next to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, the employee you are replying to and all task participants notified in the original message will be informed about your comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-sending-messages-from-telegram-to-email-via-planfix\">Sending Messages from Telegram to Email via Planfix<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also use Planfix as a bridge between Telegram and email.
