Set up the ad and its lead form on Facebook<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The video starts on Facebook, with the ad and its lead form. A lead ad uses the Leads campaign objective and a Facebook lead form (Instant Form), which can prefill details people have shared with Facebook, such as full name, email and phone number, alongside your own custom questions. Decide which answers need their own task field (see Step 4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2. Connect your Facebook page to Planfix<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <strong>Account Management<\/strong>, the account administrator opens the <strong>Integrations &#8211; Social media<\/strong> tab. Lead Ads come through the Facebook integration itself, so there\u2019s nothing extra to connect: choose Facebook in this tab. On the <strong>Facebook integration<\/strong> screen, click <strong>Add page<\/strong>, select your pages and allow Planfix to receive the information it needs from Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You need administrator rights on the Facebook page; an empty page list means your Facebook account isn\u2019t linked to any company pages. If the page is managed in Meta Business Suite (Business Manager), the Business Manager administrator opens the company settings, clicks <strong>Add people<\/strong> in the <strong>Pages<\/strong> section and gives you permission to manage the page. To link only some pages, select all first, then unselect the rest in the integration settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3. Choose templates for lead tasks and contacts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each linked page appears as a card; click its gear icon to open <strong>Integration preferences<\/strong> and set:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Object (template) for creating new tasks from leads<\/strong>, for example, the Standard template;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Template for creating new contacts<\/strong>, for example, the Contact template;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add additional assignees<\/strong>, the employees who will also process lead tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If no assignees are set in the template or here, Planfix assigns the account owner or the employee who configured the integration. Sync Facebook lead form fields<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the same dialog, expand the two field-mapping sections for your lead forms (task and contact), choose which lead fields go where and click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the object (template) for lead tasks has fields with the same names as the form questions, Planfix fills them in automatically. Create such a field in <strong>Account Management<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>Types of objects<\/strong> (<strong>Task<\/strong> type, <strong>Custom fields<\/strong>; the <strong>Contact<\/strong> type for contact fields) or while editing the object, then add it to the form of the object used for lead tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens next: contacts and lead tasks are created automatically<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A few seconds after the form is submitted, Planfix creates a contact from the entered data or matches an existing one by email address or phone number.
