That means AI can easily read it. You can send your Whiteboard to an AI chat to help analyze it, spot bottlenecks, or even suggest ways to reorganize the connections.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.pfx.so\/pf\/uH\/uAszC7.jpg\" alt=\"Exporting Whiteboards for External Documentation\" title=\"Exporting Whiteboards for External Documentation | Planfix\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Control Timers with Scripts and Buttons&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can now sart and stop the timer from scripts and custom buttons in Planfix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, one button can start the timer, another can stop it, and a script can turn the timer on when a task moves to one status and turn it off when the task moves to a different status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is great if you don\u2019t want to worry about manually tracking time \u2013 the employee just works on the task, and the timer is handled automatically via the UI or a script.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.pfx.so\/pf\/3i\/MnBoUy.png\" alt=\"Automating Time Tracking with Scripts\" title=\"Automating Time Tracking with Scripts | Planfix\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sum Counter in Planfix Tables <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can now see column totals right in Planfix tables. Turn on the &#8220;Sum&#8221; option for any column in its settings and the total appears at the bottom of the list \u2013 no extra setup required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Totals work for numeric fields, <a href=\"https:\/\/planfix.com\/features\/data-tags\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">data tags<\/a>, and lists. If you group tasks, Planfix shows separate sums for each group while preserving column sorting, order, and pinning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Values update automatically when task data changes, so you don\u2019t need to reload the page.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.pfx.so\/pf\/CC\/CtBJtS.png\" alt=\"Calculating Column Totals for Task Analysis\" title=\"Calculating Column Totals for Task Analysis | Planfix\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quarterly Recurring Tasks in Planfix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can now select \u201cEvery quarter\u201d in a task card, choose the months and days you need, and leave the rest to Planfix. The system will automatically create tasks based on your schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previously, setting up a quarterly cycle meant building more complex recurrence rules.
