You can create new templates, add variables, and submit them for approval to Meta without ever leaving Planfix. Plus, you can track the approval status all in one place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before, you had to jump into WhatsApp Business Manager and then bounce back to Planfix.<br>Now, the entire process &#8211; from draft to green light &#8211; happens in a single window.<br>And don\u2019t worry, your templates created earlier in Business Manager aren\u2019t going anywhere &#8211; they\u2019ll still sync up and work just like before.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.pfx.so\/pf\/6j\/KVmo4Y.jpg\" alt=\"WhatsApp Business template management in Planfix\" title=\"WhatsApp Business template management | Planfix\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aioseo-managing-your-account-just-got-easier-24\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing Your Account Just Got Easier<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ve moved all settings directly to the <a href=\"https:\/\/planfix.com\/features\/objects\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Objects\">Objects<\/a> they belong to. That means no more hunting through different menus to find what you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What used to be the \u201cObjects\u201d section is now called \u201cTypes of objects\u201d and is roughly split into two categories:<br><br>\u27a1\ufe0f System objects (like Task, Project, Contact, Employee)<br>\u27a1\ufe0f And custom objects created by you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All the settings that were scattered across various places are now neatly organized inside their respective objects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The logic is simple: want to change something about a contact?<br>Just go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/planfix.com\/features\/contacts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Contact<\/a> section and you\u2019ll see everything right there. No more guessing where that setting might be &#8211; it\u2019s exactly where you expect it.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And of course, we took the chance to tidy up other sections too.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.pfx.so\/pf\/Go\/rRuAZf.png\" alt=\"Centralized object settings in Planfix\" title=\"Centralized object settings | Planfix\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aioseo-allow-all-employees-to-edit-any-files-they-can-access-32\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Allow All Employees to Edit Any Files They Can Access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A new checkbox just landed in <em>&#8220;Account Management&#8221; <\/em>\u2192 <em>&#8220;Advanced features&#8221;<\/em>: <em>\u201cAll employees can edit any files available to them.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turn it on, and the &#8220;Edit&#8221; button will automatically show up for everyone who can see a file &#8211; not just the creator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s how teamwork used to work: the creator uploaded a file to a task and then manually gave editing access to each teammate. Easy enough with a few files. But when you\u2019re juggling dozens, it quickly turned into extra hassle &#8211; and it\u2019s easy to forget who has access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, one simple checkbox at the account level simplifies the whole process. Don\u2019t worry about <a href=\"https:\/\/planfix.com\/features\/planfix-access\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">access<\/a> boundaries changing: employees can only edit files they\u2019re allowed to see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your team needs tighter control over editing rights, just leave this setting off. So it only makes sense that this tool gets its own spot in the menu.<br><br>If you don\u2019t use this section often, you can easily hide it in the settings.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.pfx.so\/pf\/Qs\/Nr2Q02.png\" alt=\"Business process mapping with whiteboards in Planfix\" title=\"Business process mapping with whiteboards | Planfix\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aioseo-now-task-assignees-and-participants-are-automatically-added-to-google-or-microsoft-calendar-events-43\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Now Task Assignees and Participants Are Automatically Added to Google or Microsoft Calendar Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ve added two handy <em>new options<\/em> in the Google and Microsoft Calendar integration settings: you can now toggle on adding task assignees and participants directly as guests in your calendar events. Just flip the switches you want, and whenever you create or update a task, those folks will automatically get added as event attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><u>One thing to keep in mind:<\/u><\/em> participants are added only when you create or update <a href=\"https:\/\/planfix.com\/features\/#tasks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">tasks<\/a>. If someone is removed from the task assignees or participants later, they won\u2019t be automatically removed from the calendar event.
