Exporting a calendar in iCal format
Every Task calendar and Hourly calendar Planner list can be exported and viewed in external programs and services, such as Google Calendar or other calendar programs. The export link can be found found at the bottom of the list settings (get there by clicking the list heading):
Please Note
After you have generated the link, you must remember to save it by clicking the "Save" button in the form.
The data provided by Planfix via the generated link is always up to date. Some devices, such as iPhones, regularly request updates and refresh their calendars.
Important
The speed at which tasks appear in an external service's calendar is determined by the service's policies, and we have no effect on this. Google Calendar, for example, updates data on average once a day.
