Email rules: Trigger conditions

Trigger conditions are the first block in the rules for processing email, which you must fill out when creating a rule. The block contains conditions that an email must meet in order for the rule to be triggered:

In addition:

  • The block can contain one or more conditions connected by logical expressions
  • Blocks may contain no conditions, in which case the rule will be triggered for all emails received by the address for which it is configured. However, we recommend using the Any email option in that case, for clarity:
