360dialog

360dialog is the official provider of WhatsApp Business API solutions. In order to connect Planfix and 360dialog to be able to receive and send WhatsApp messages, you'll need to follow a few steps in both services.

Setup

  • Go to Account Management — Integrations — Messengers:

  • Select WhatsApp:

  • Enable the integration:

  • Add a phone number and a name for this channel:

  • Set up the number and add the API key from 360dialog:

  • Open your 360dialog account and go to the WhatsApp Accounts section:

  • Add your phone number:

  • Generate an API key:

  • Copy the key and add it to the API Key field in the integration settings:
