AI agents are intelligent assistants that take over some of the routine work involved in tasks:

• They help to process requests faster.
• Automatically extract data from unstructured messages.
• Keep the task status up to date.
• Simplify automation without having to configure scripts.

AI agents

• Dataminer — extracts data from comments (forms, correspondence) of contacts and fills in the required task fields.
• Summarizer — analyzes all comments in a task and maintains a summary of current agreements in a custom field.
• Interviewer — automatically surveys clients using preconfigured questions and saves responses in task or contact fields.

How to set up

• Create a new robot or open an existing one in the "Employees" — "Robots" section.
• Activate the "AI agent" option.
• Specify the agent type — its specialization.
• Configure the fields it will work with.
• (Optional) Add your instructions for more precise configuration.
• Add the agent to a task, and it will start working.
