Interface сhanges in 2025
Planfix is continuously evolving and improving. As part of this process, we regularly introduce essential interface updates. For this reason, you might see different versions of the user interface in our tutorials, videos, and help articles.
Planfix now displays the main menu vertically by default, instead of horizontally:
You can manually switch back to the horizontal menu:
- Go to your employee card.
- Navigate to Settings — Appearance — Main menu view.
Task card has been updated
The old task card looked like this:
The new version looks like this:
How to switch between the old and the new view of the task card:
- Go to your user card
- Navigate to Settings — Appearance
- Find the option "New default comment feed view"
- enabled — new view
- disabled — old view
The project, contact, and employee cards have also been updated.
Important
The old versions of the user interface are still supported for now; however, Planfix will transition to the new user interface entirely in the future. This change will not happen without notice — we will inform all users in advance.
