By default, only the author has access to the planner. To give employees access, configure the permissions. This is done via the menu that appears when you click on the planner's name.
Important
Access to the planner does not automatically grant access to all tasks in the account that meet its conditions. For a task to appear in the planner, the user must have access to that specific task. Therefore, different users can see different tasks within the same planner.
