Adding attached files when using the template for notifications

This option is used to attach files to notification emails. For example, you can notify a counterparty about prepared documents and add the required files to the task comment. Planfix will automatically attach them to the notification email.

The option is enabled in the notification email template:

Files are added to the notification email:

• from the task comment;
• from the task description when a notification about creating a new task is sent.

Important

• The option works only in email notification templates.
• In automatic scripts and add buttons, you should use a variable. It explicitly tells the system which files to send.
