Creating a task template for sending emails to contacts

The task of communicating with the client by mail can be created manually. This is done through the client card by clicking on the Write - To Mail button:
The task creation form will open. Here it's essential to specify the correct template so that the task contains the necessary fields - this is the Dialogue with client template:
This template isn't the default one. It must be specified in the settings for working with emails:
- Switch to the Basic workspace:
- Follow Account Management ― Email ― Notifications for external contacts:
- Specify the Dialogue with client template in the task template to send messages to the contact's email:
