Task statuses

The statuses of the task help to trace the entire path that it has taken from creation to completion. According to the statuses of the task, you can filter, output to Reports and see Planner.
Standard statuses
In Planfix, you can conditionally select basic and additional statuses of the task.
Basic statuses are the statuses that the task takes in the course of its typical life cycle:
- New - this status has a task just created, which has not yet been accepted by the assignee. (Note: if the assignee of the task is the owner also, the task immediately gets the status "In work", since it does not make sense to take the task yourself)
- In work - this status indicates that the assignee has accepted the task and is engaged in its execution.
- Executed - this status is set by the assignee after he believes that he completed the task.
- Completed - this status is set by the owner as confirmation of the correctness of the task.
Additional statuses are used less often, but they also play an important role:
- Draft is a task that has not been delivered to anyone yet. This allows you to refine the task and make it active at the right time.
- Rejected is a task that the assignee did not accept.
- Hold is a task that you decided to pause. When translating a task into this status, you can select the date when it will become active again.
- Canceled - the task, the work on which it was decided to stop.
The names of tasks are displayed in a font of different colors. The color depends on the status in which the task is located.
Common and Separate Statuses
The task can be in different status for different participants. This applies to both standard and custom (configurable) statuses:
